An Ivy breakfast is prepared just for you, with fresh-squeezed juices, baskets of warm pastries and a table looking out on the sunlit courtyard. Lemon Soufflé Pancakes and Eggs Benedict are two menu standouts.

Afternoon Tea is a beloved tradition at The Ivy. Choose a seat anywhere in the living room, library or conservatory and tiers of sweet and savory treats – and a pot of piping hot brewed tea – will soon appear beside you. Life is very good indeed.

Though there’s lots to do in Baltimore, The Ivy has much to offer as well, all variations on the theme of relaxing: wooden puzzles by the fire, the serve-yourself Mansion Bar, a grand piano in the Music Room, a full-size pool table, shelves stocked with classic and intriguing books… and of course the remarkable Ivy Spa.

The Mansion Bar is The Ivy’s serve-yourself bar, included in your stay, where guests can pour fine wines and cocktails of their own creation. Top notch liquors, sodas and supplements are all provided, as well as a cocktail recipe book.

Our on-site restaurant is a Maryland Bistro, Magdalena. The seasonally evolving menu highlights a playful yet sophisticated take on classics driven by the bounty of the Chesapeake Bay region.

Extend the evening in the Music Room with a lively game of pool or cards, or gather ‘round the baby grand. Movies are available free and on demand on the large HD TV in your room or suite.
